How to make the discount on the invoice and monetize the credit?
The
art. 121 of the Relaunch Decree introduces an opportunity that marks an epochal turning point in our sector: the possibility for the customer to be able to opt for a
direct discount on the invoice and the possibility for the window manufacturer to be able to
transfer the consequent tax credit to credit institutions. or private companies.
The problem that a window manufacturer has to face is the
passage of credit from the customer's tax drawer to his own.
At the moment the market offers 2 options:
- the customer and the window manufacturer privately agree to make the credit transfer;
- the window maker relies on a credit transfer platform.
The first is a very delicate operation since the end customer would have to give you his login credentials and at this point you would have access to a series of sensitive data. The alternative, which takes much longer, however, is for the client to come to your office and you do the practice together or they could go to a CAF. In both cases, however, it may take months to receive the credit and if you need immediate liquidity, this is not good.
The second is instead very complicated as the platforms can ask you up to 23 documents before starting the practice and if it blocks for any reason there is no contact person to call to understand how to unblock it with consequent serious delays in receiving the credit. The use of these platforms is also very expensive and subject to minimum amounts for the transferable invoice.
