Instructions for use professional adhesive Strong Torggler
The application temperature, both of the environment and of the materials, can vary from +5 to +40 ° C. The substrates must be solid, clean and free from oil or dust.
Insert the cartridge in the special gun, possibly with reinforced transmission, and screw the nozzle supplied, positioning it so that the V-shaped flare faces upwards;
Apply the adhesive along parallel vertical lines about 10-20 cm apart (depending on the weight of the element to be supported). The gun, during extrusion, must be kept perpendicular to the support, so that the bead comes out with a triangular section of 8 mm at the base;
Bring the materials into position and press firmly so that the adhesive has a final thickness of 2-3 mm (to optimize the result, use plastic shims). Do not apply the product in spots;
Thanks to its very high initial adhesion, it normally does not require external mechanical fixing during hardening (for the bonding of particularly heavy elements it may be recommended). In any case, carry out preliminary adhesion tests.

Strong Torggler adhesive warnings
Strong is not suitable for: PE, PP, PMMA, PTFE, polycarbonate, soft plastic materials, neoprene and bituminous surfaces;
Do not use in continuous contact with water or chlorine (swimming pools);
It is not suitable for use as a sealant: in the case of connection joints, use Hybrid Adhesive;
General Use, in the case of expansion joints prefer a silicone sealant with a low modulus of elasticity such as Silicone Low Modulus.
