A 2.0 Torggler elastic-plastic single-component sealant with acrylic base in water dispersion for overpaintable sealing of cracks, fissures and expansion joints between facade elements with maximum elongation of 10%.

Areas of application Torggler acrylic sealant
For applications on joints between construction elements, vertical or horizontal, as long as there is no continuous water stagnation. Paintable after hardening.
Excellent adhesion on porous substrates, even humid ones : plasterboard, plaster, masonry, wood, fiber cement, concrete.
A 2.0 Torggler sealant processing
The sides of the joint must be solid, clean and consistent. The dimensions of the seal must be a minimum of 6 x 6 mm and a maximum of 25 x 12.5 mm. Insert the infill bead on deep expansion joints.
A 2.0 Torggler
does not require primer : on highly absorbent substrates, first apply A 2.0 diluted with water with a brush.
Cut the nozzle according to a diameter proportional to the size of the joint. Inject an excess amount of A 2.0. Smooth with a spatula moistened with Smooth smoothing agent before the superficial filming begins. Apply some pressure to achieve a void-free filling and complete adhesion of the sealant to the sides of the joint.
Acrylic sealant warnings
- Not suitable for sealings that can be walked on or are constantly exposed to water;
- Do not apply if there is a risk of rain;
- Do not store or apply at temperatures below 0 ° C.
Clean tools with water if A 2.0 is still fresh; mechanically and with organic solvents if it has hardened.
