Mosquito Net Fixed Frame Bettio in Aluminum
The
Bettio Fixed Frame insect screen is made with a perimeter profile in aluminum and fiber mesh inside, which can be made in the most disparate shapes: square, triangle, trapezoid, circle, arc, ellipse (creations subject to feasibility checks after sending a technical drawing ).
It is characterized by extremely small dimensions and is suitable for installation on compartments that do not require an opening mosquito net.
This mosquito net is also available with wire mesh.
If the measurements reach approximately two meters, it is advisable to request a support beam with the greatest width.

Gray accessories. The Bronze, 9001, 9010 and 1013 colors include some matching accessories. The color of the accessories in the special colors is at the discretion of the Bettio company.

- AISI 316L stainless steel mesh. The AISI 316L steel mesh offers greater guarantees against oxidation and corrosion in environments where corrosive factors are present, considered "difficult" environments;
- Silver aluminum net;
- Black aluminum net;
- Traverse: recommended for measures of 2 meters. Unless otherwise specified on the order, the crosspiece will be positioned in the center of the largest measure;
- Fixing bracket (in packs of 10 pieces): specify the color (bronze, gray, white or ivory) when ordering;
- Magnet: to be requested when ordering inserted directly into the frame or in rolls of 20 meters;
- Irregular shape;
- Arc or circle shape;
- Ellipse shape;
- Perimeter brush;
- Pet flap (the minimum frame width must be 340 mm with the Swing1 model and 440 mm with the Swing11 model).
Perimeter brush (optional)
By requesting it when ordering, we equip the fixed frame with a gray toothbrush that is attached to the perimeter by means of double-sided adhesive. This 7 mm high toothbrush allows you to obtain a truly perfect finish, filling any irregularities in the compartment. In this case the hole measurements are reduced by 6 mm.
Pet door (optional)
Available in white, in the Swing1 models with useful passage 145x148mm and Swing11 with useful passage 218x255mm. Applicable only on wire mesh. To determine the height at which to position the door, it is necessary to communicate, when ordering, the height from the ground to the beginning of the animal's chest (x) (min76mm for Swing1 and min61mm for Swing11).
Arched, circle, oval shapes (optional)
The Fixed Frame insect screen lends itself perfectly to the creation of arches, circles and ellipses. For the realization, a technical drawing or shape is required, after verification of which we will be able to confirm its feasibility. The minimum guaranteed diameter is 600 mm since the curvature of smaller sizes (up to a technically achievable maximum of 510 mm) can cause imperfections in the aluminum color for which the Company assumes no responsibility.
Irregular shapes (optional)
In fixed frames with irregular shape, where indicated in the drawing it is not possible to use the bracket, the aluminum profiles are joined by means of rivets.
Fixing with magnet (optional)
Inserted directly into the special channel, the magnet allows magnetic fixing on ferrous metal surfaces, with the exception of aluminum and stainless steel.
Roll magnet (optional)
The magnet is also available in rolls of 20 meters and can be inserted at any time in the fixed frames without disassembling the frame but passing through the corner bracket and sliding it inside the channel specially prepared in the profile, up to the opposite bracket. It does not attack on itself.
Fixing with bracket (optional)
The nylon bracket snaps into the perimeter channel of the frame and allows the mosquito net to be anchored laterally by means of screws. Available in packs of 10 pieces in bronze, gray, white and ivory.
