Max Special is the grinder for large beans
Max Special is a grinder designed for grinding large grains. The difference between the Max and Max Special mill lies in
the polishing of the stone .
In fact, the Max Special mill has an even smoother stone to
grind large, hard grains such as corn and chickpeas with better results .
The motor is powerful and the closure of the hopper and the body is firmer (not bayonet) in order to be stable during grinding.

What is the difference between wood and plastic?

1) The Mills of Salzburg are made of wood.
Wood has an antistatic effect and therefore the flour does not stick to surfaces, such as the glass bowl in the photo.
2) Other mills are made of plastic
Friction with plastic materials can cause an electrostatic charge and therefore the flour sticks to surfaces, such as the glass bowl in the photo.

The wood is treated on the outside exclusively with high-quality organic beeswax oil. Wood, unlike plastic materials, has an antistatic and antibacterial effect.
Natural granite for the millstone with special smoothing
Granite is a pure, long-lasting and self-polishing stone. Each pair of stones is unique. The granite millstones can grind any pebbles in the cereals and thus protect the teeth.
Tested materials
Each mill is patented (without exceptions) regarding the operation of the grinding. The mill is only sold if the fineness of the flour meets the strict regulations of the workshop.
