Profi Schaum Eco 48 is a single-component foam with good yield (48 LT) specific for the thermo-acoustic insulation of the installation joints of interior doors.

How can Konigline Profi Schaum Eco 48 be used?
Foam specially formulated for the perimeter sealing of the gap between frame and wall in interior doors. It can also be used as a foam for sealing joints in walls, ceilings and pipes. It is a specific professional product for this use. The foam has excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood, metal and many plastics such as EPS and XPS, uPVC PU rigid foam.
Application
Can be used from + 5 ° to + 35 ° C, as long as the cylinder temperature is greater than 10 ° C. It is resistant to rain and high temperatures, but must not be exposed to ultraviolet rays. Screw the can on the gun and shake it vigorously before use at least 20 times. Moisten the substrate with nebulized water and fill the joint to 50%. After frothing, spray some more water. The foam will expand to completely fill the joint. Grouts wider and / or deeper than 4 cm should be filled in several layers (waiting 15-30 min between each step), by nebulizing water between each layer and after each application. Use Profi Schaum Eco 48 only in well-ventilated rooms. Protect the cylinder from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 ° C. It is possible to interrupt the application of the foam at any time by leaving the cylinder inserted on the gun.
Fresh foam residues can be removed directly with the special PosaClima Gun Cleaner. Dry foam residues can be mechanically removed from the holder with a knife.
