Konigline Fenster F / 334: specific vinyl glue for external wooden windows
Vinyl glue for gluing wooden window frames
Excellent quality glue specifically designed for gluing wooden windows and doors and for the production of laminated wood. During the formulation phase, a special crystalline-prismatic mineral filler was added to the adhesive, which increases toughness, allowing the mechanical binding of the adhesive joint and at the same time compensating for the flatness of cracks up to 0.15 mm.

How does Konigline Fenster F / 334 vinyl glue work?
When used as a single component, the adhesive allows bonding with D3 resistance according to EN DIN 204-205. Additivated with 5% of ISOCY 34 hardener, it reaches class D4 according to EN DIN 204-205. For a tenacious bonding of external windows, it is essential that the glue holds even at temperatures of 80 °. Normal vinyl glues at these temperatures become soft and the window opens. It is therefore necessary to pass the WATT 91 test. For external blackout screens, the adhesives must pass the CREEP TEST continuous static load test at 21 days without problems.
Fenster F / 334 is tested by CATAS in the moisture resistance classes, WATT 91 and CREEP TEST of 21 days. The duration of the catalyzed mixture is 8 hours.
How can it be used?
Professional adhesive for exteriors used where particular resistance to water is required, in gluing windows, bathroom and kitchen furniture in hard and soft wood.
