The
Syncro Nekos version, based on communication between the actuators through a direct connection between them, allows instant control of the force, speed and resistance of each one by reading the work of the individual motors via encoder. The continuous exchange of information allows the actuators to open and close in synchrony.
Syncro3 Nekos is the evolution of the first patent which provided for the installation and wiring of up to two motors connected directly to each other. Today the Syncro3 software allows up to 8 engines to be connected directly to each other without the aid of external synchronization control units.
The number of actuators to be provided on the window in Syncro3 function varies according to the dimensions, weights and types of the window itself. For a width greater than 1200 mm, the use of two motors is already recommended, this to allow correct movement and perimeter sealing of the frame in the closed position. It is recommended to use an additional actuator every 1200 mm of exceeding width.

Kato 305/RWA Nekos has brilliantly passed the toughest heat and fire resistance tests as indicated by the EN 12101-2:2003-09 standard, obtaining the B 300 classification with certificate no. 13-000921 at the IFT test institute in Rosenheim year 2013.

- Linear electric actuator with double-row four-link articulated chain, enclosed in a suitable aluminum container, suitable for moving top-hung windows, bottom-hung windows, domes and dormer windows.
- Push and pull power of 300 N.
- Supplied complete with universal tilting support brackets with quick coupling and without screws (patented).
- Electronic limit switch in opening with three strokes (200 - 300 - 500 mm) selectable at any time by dip-switch, with power absorption in closing and as overload protection.
- Soft Stop and Relax function. Can be connected in parallel. Compliant with Directives 2004/108
- CE (EMC Directive) and 2006/95 CE (LV Directive).
- Standard colours: Black (RAL9005) with black cable, White (RAL9010) and Gray (RAL9006) with white cables.
The actuator in the SYNCRO version is equipped with the new system patented by NEKOS for the coordinated synchronization of the chain movement.
The electronic speed control is fully automatic and does not require any external control unit; just connect the RED and WHITE cables already present in the power cable.
IMPORTANT: THE CONNECTION OF THE TWO CABLES (WHITE AND RED) MUST BE PERFORMED, BEFORE ANY MANEUVER OF THE ACTUATORS, POSSIBLY WITH THE CHAINS COMPLETELY RETURNED; OTHERWISE THERE MAY BE COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE TWO ACTUATORS.
When mounting the Syncro Nekos version on a window?
The actuator in the SYNCRO version is mounted
when two attachment points are needed because the window is particularly heavy or wide (approximately from 1.2m to 3m)
and a single actuator does not allow perfect closure of the window .
It should be remembered that the force exerted individually by the actuators is the same as that of a similar actuator; by mounting two actuators, the force exerted on the window is therefore double. The movement of the window takes place in a uniform, synchronized and coordinated way without interruptions and/or speed variations of the two actuators.
If one of the actuators does not work due to any mechanical or electrical impediment, the other also stops, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the window.
