Kato 305/RWA Nekos: the resistant and powerful window actuator
Kato 305/RWA Nekos has brilliantly passed the toughest heat and fire resistance tests as indicated by the EN 12101-2:2003-09 standard, obtaining the B 300 classification with certificate no. 13-000921 at the IFT test institute in Rosenheim year 2013.
This
chain actuator for windows is a guarantee of safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, constructive simplicity; a pleasant design designed to integrate into an avant-garde window. It has a new electronic technology based on the use of a microprocessor for position control and management of each work phase. The body is in die-cast aluminum and the brackets are in zinc alloy (zamak).
Kato 305/RWA Nekos is easy to install, it is mounted with quick coupling in the supports, without screws or fasteners (Nekos patented system); another Nekos patent provides for the quick release from the window also for easy cleaning. Strokes selectable by dip-switch.
Linear electric actuator with double-row four-link articulated chain, enclosed in a suitable aluminum container, suitable for moving top-hung windows, bottom-hung windows, domes and dormer windows. Push and pull power of 300 N.
Supplied complete with universal tilting support brackets with quick coupling and without screws (patented).
Electronic limit switch in opening with three strokes (200 - 300 - 500 mm) selectable at any time by dip-switch, with power absorption in closing and as overload protection.
Soft Stop and Relax function. Can be connected in parallel. Compliant with Directives 2004/108 CE (EMC Directive) and 2006/95 CE (BT Directive).
