Inka Nekos is an electric chain actuator with push and pull force 350 N with maximum stroke (selectable alternative strokes): 300 (100, 200) – 600 (400, 500) – 800 (600, 700) – 1000 (800, 900)mm.
Inka Nekos actuator standard colours: GRAY aluminum (painted RAL 9006) - WHITE cable (mod. 230V).
Inka 356 Nekos, the High Technology Chain Actuator
The latest addition to the Nekos chain actuator family expands the offer in terms of force (350 N) and range of strokes (from 200 to 1000 mm), while adapting to any type of window (projected, bottom-hung, dome and dormers).
The machine, enclosed in an aluminum casing, has an elegant design and compact dimensions (34.6×37 mm) which allow it to be installed on sight with minimal visual impact, recessed and in curtain walls.
Natural Smoke and Heat Evacuation (EFC or RWA): built entirely in metal, INKA 356 has been certified according to the EN12101-2 standard for use in RWA plants.
Silent operation: only 41 dB without sacrificing
power . In fact, thanks to careful studies and research, it has been possible to create a gear motor unit which, combined with a new electronic concept of energy performance, allows the actuator to give the right force when needed.
A sophisticated electronics with microprocessor allows it to be easily inserted into industrial and domotic systems and to be connected to other devices to transmit the window closed/open signal.
The Inka 356 actuator in combination with the K-LOCK electromechanical lock and the perimeter hardware, constitutes a valid anti-burglary window block and, by achieving perfect closure of the sash, a high thermal K.
The other strong points of the Inka actuator, common to all Nekos products:
Easy assembly thanks to the quick-fit motor and leaf support brackets (NEKOS patents), the self-adjustment of the closing stroke and the immediate adjustment of the strokes with dip-switches.
Reliability tested with fatigue tests at 10,000 cycles at maximum load and with functional testing done on 100% of the production.
Made in Italy : Nekos designs and builds all its products, making use of qualified Italian suppliers. The electronic research and development department within the company takes care of the hardware and software part, the beating heart of each Nekos product.
Maximum travel according to the height of the door: choose which model to buy by selecting the variant.
The actuator can be recessed mounted in the frame but also externally on the frame or on the sash. In any case, the stroke of the actuator depends on the height of the leaf and its application. During the run, check that the chain does not touch the profile of the leaf, there are no obstacles to the opening or forcing of the same on the frame.
