FAD PosaClima film for the exterior of the house
- Stretch and hydrophobized tear-resistant film to be applied to the connection joints between the subframe and the wall;
- Highly permeable to vapor, but impermeable to driving rain;
- Equipped with a self-adhesive side, it can be painted over and plastered over on both sides;
- To be used on the side facing the external environment to easily release any steam created inside the laying joint.

How to use the PosaClima FAD film?
When laying the subframe to create, on the side facing the external environment, knots that are impermeable to air and water but highly permeable to vapor. It is applied between the subframe and the wall. It is the cheapest alternative to the use of plaster holder profiles for exteriors but it takes much longer to apply and above all, for good adhesion, it requires a plastered shoulder.
FAD PosaClima film: suggestions for use
- Clean the surface of the subframe on which the film will be glued;
- Apply the tape with the self-adhesive part on the side of the subframe that will be walled up starting from the bottom;
- Form a slot on the corners that then allows you to turn the film towards the wall and glue it using MS Powerflex 25 White creating a double bead of sealant or alternatively a zig zag bead, so that the sealant adheres to a very large surface of the film;
- Do not use the Transparent coloring which is not suitable for this process;
- The film must be plastered within 3 months of its application.
