Use of White Electric Handle for Panic Bars
For panic exit devices to be applied with external latches. Not suitable for installation exposed to atmospheric agents.

- With timer : allows you to adjust the closing time
Variant in case of power failure:
- Enabled version : green LED
- Disabled version : red LED
Technical characteristics of the 40620B Opera electric handle
- White finish.
- Metal body and handle.
- Internal mechanisms in casehardened steel.
- Dimensions: mm. 232 x 55 x 38 handle height mm. 84.
- Rotation of the handle frame selectable at 45° or 60° based on the type of panic bar used.
- Mechanical enabling via flat key cylinder.
- Power supply: 12/24 Vac/dc (useful for the French market).
- Current absorbed: at 12V - 700 mA inrush/500 mA maintenance at 24V - 300 mA inrush/200 mA maintenance.
- Electronic open latch.
Version without timer
Use : applicable in place of the traditional mechanical handle mounted on the outside of the door.
The handle, which is usually in neutral, can be enabled:
- By removing power (
enabled version );
- Or by providing power (
disabled version ) via a button or access control contact. Enabling is limited to the duration of the pulse.
Version with timer
Use : applicable in place of the traditional mechanical handle mounted on the outside of the door.
The handle, which is usually in neutral, can be enabled:
- By closing a NO contact from a button or access control. In this version the power supply is kept fixed.
Additional features compared to the previous version:
- Internal timer adjustable from 0-60 sec. (excludable).
- Open Collector output to be combined with an external micro relay for signaling that the handle is enabled (art. 05258 Opera available on Windowo).
- Two-color red/green LED for signaling the status of the handle enabled or disabled.
- Blue LED when the handle is disabled and white LED when the handle is enabled which illuminates the lower part of the door.
