THERMOFIX PosaClima with compass, system for punctual fixing of the shutter hinges
Thermoflix PosaClima is the special bolt for fixing the hinges of the punctual shutter specifically designed for the installation of the hinges on coats up to 14 cm thick (16 cm on compact masonry).
With Thermoflix PosaClima it is not necessary to build expensive counter frames for the shutter before making the insulation: with Thermofix the hinge is in fact installed after the installation of the insulation (and before the finishing plaster).

Fixing dowel for hinges and hinges Thermoflix PosaClima consisting of a supporting structure in sheet metal (2 mm thick) and threaded bar (M12 or M16 depending on the model) punched and welded to give an extraordinary load resistance (up to 165 kg per point ).
The supporting structure is coated with a special electrolytic zinc plating for corrosion protection. Inside the supporting structure there is a special polyamide sleeve designed to accommodate accessories with metric thread (M6, M8, M10 or M12 depending on the model).
The sleeve avoids direct contact with the metal structure by eliminating the thermal bridge (certified value of point thermal transmittance χ = 0.012 W / K). System specifically designed for fixing hinges and hinges for coats from 50 to 140 mm (160 mm on compact walls). It can also be used on larger coats by reducing the cutting load.
How does Thermoflix Posaclima work?
- After identifying the fixing position of the hinge / card holder on the wall, first proceed by drilling the wall (with a tip of the required diameter);
- After drilling, always remember to clean the hole with the special manual blower;
- Then insert the mesh bush (only for perforated walls);
- Inject the PosaClima Chimotix or Chimogreenin anchor in sufficient quantity;
- Then proceed with the insertion of Thermofix into the hole;
- Finish the job by sealing the polyamide sleeve to the wall with MS Powerflex 25.
