Door Spacer HD PosaClima InDoor is a 4mm thick, 20mm diameter spacer made of high density polyester fiber which prevents deformation of the door frame during the expansion of the foaming adhesive.

Door frame spacer processing
During the installation of internal swing doors, after having locked the frame in position and checked the lead wire, proceed with the closing test of the door. At this stage it is recommended to use two special spacers, to be applied to the door stop, one above the handle and one approximately 20cm from the base, before closing the door.
The shims will preventively counteract possible deformations of the frame due to the expansion of the foaming adhesive. After the foam adhesive has dried, the spacer can be removed without any problems.
Particularly useful in the winter period, to avoid possible post-expansion problems. In cases of low temperature and/or high thickness of adhesive applied, especially in conjunction with renovation work involving the elimination of part of the false frame, it is recommended to remove the spacer no earlier than 48 hours after applying the adhesive.
The PosaClima Door Spacer can be glued on itself to obtain a double thickness.
