Why does Lorenz hardware have this name?
Country you go, custom you find. In Italy, in the past, the shops were identified, rather than by the sign, by the owner or by the person who spoke to customers. Thus, in the small town of Merate, to go shopping they said "I go to Maria", for beard and hair "I go to Antonio", for the car "I go to Comi", obviously translated into the local Brianza dialect.
And for iron, minor repairs, accessories and furnishings in general? We went to Lorenzo, or rather LÖRENZ (LURENZ bed), a name that has become a symbol of tradition, continuity and craftsmanship and that today still allows you to go to LORENZ if it is wrought iron.
Lorenz Ferart: handcrafted wrought iron bolts
Lorenz Ferart has been operating in the wrought iron sector since 1945. The experience that this company has acquired over the years makes it able to satisfy all requests, whether classic or modern.
Lorenz Ferart products are made in Italy, in Merate (province of Lecco). Lecco is located on Lake Como, the famous lake from which the story of "I Promessi Sposi" by Alessandro Manzoni starts.
