A new patent for hardware ESINPLAST stable hinges and shutter stop on walls to coat.
ESINPLAST has patented a piece specifically for use on walls insulated with thermal coat.
This type of piece can solve problems related to the heat transfer, thus avoiding the loss of insulation between walls and outside. This is due to the presence of a specific insulating sheath placed at the end of the gusset, in part inserted in the coat that does not go to affect the thermal envelope.
Compared to threaded rods and hinges, commonly used in the walls to coat, the gusset of the ESINPLAST present a greater resistance to bending, avoiding the creation holes and thus the heat losses.
The resistance and the high seal allows the application of the dowel also with shutters of 50 Kg.
Another advantage of the dowel is the ease of installation because it can be applied with a simple resin jet.
The gusset is also cheaper than other solutions commonly used on the market.
